You can use Tomatoro without signing in. Open the timer, hit Start, get to work. So why bother with an account?

Your data survives a refresh

Anonymous mode stores your pomodoros in your browser's local storage. That's fine — until you clear your cache, switch browsers, or open the app on a different device. Then it's gone.

With a free account, every completed pomodoro lives in our database. Switch devices, log in, and your history follows you.

You unlock real reports

Anonymous users can see today's segments as dots under the timer. Registered users get the full Reports view: total focus time per day, pomodoro counts, current streak, and a daily bar chart for the last 7 days.

No credit card. No spam.

Sign-in is email-only — we send you a magic link, you click it, you're in. There's nothing to set up, no password to forget, and we don't sell your data.

What you don't get for free

Free accounts keep the last 7 days of history. If you want monthly reports and a full year of retention, that's Premium territory. For most users just starting out, free is plenty.
